Purchases

In order to complete a purchase, you will be asked to supply your credit card number, expiration date, CCV, and billing address.

All payments shall be processed immediately through a third-party service provider. We are not responsible for the retention or safety of your billing information that is collected by the third-party service provider.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, error(s) in your order, or for any other reason.

We have the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. If fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected, we have the right to contact law enforcement to report the above actions and to provide your information.

The provision of our products and services are contingent upon us having received cleared funds from you.

Cancellations, deferrals and refunds

You may cancel your purchase for a refund within a period of 14 calendar days (“Cancellation Period”) prior to the commencement of the live online lesson date, download and prior to performance of service.

Your right to cancel and obtain any refund will be lost if you have received the course materials including but not limited to the link to the live online lesson, offline self-study program, lesson slides and handouts during the Cancellation Period and the service has been fully performed.

You may defer the start date of your live online lesson at any time up to two working days prior to its commencement date, subject to availability on your chosen deferred live online lesson and upon payment by you of any difference in the fees payable for the two courses. You may only defer your live online lesson start date once.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as you used for the purchase and will be paid within 14 calendar days of you informing us of the cancellation. The period for refund will increase to 30 calendar days if we are unable to credit a UK bank account.

You must inform us of your decision to cancel within the Cancellation Period or defer within two working days prior to its commencement date by email: kernowpermaculture@gmail.com. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation or deferral.

Subscriptions

Products and services offered by permaculture Kernow are set out on the Website. Subscriptions and payments are made on an itemised basis.

All discount codes must be used by the end of the year otherwise they will expire.

If you are a winner of one of our promotional campaigns you have 1 year from that sweepstake to claim you prize otherwise it will be null and void.

You can gift your prize or discount code to a friend or family member.

Each discount code can only be used once and can not be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.
